WestCore™ Storm Doors

Handsome WestCore™ one inch solid wood core storm doors are designed and manufactured for fine homes. The wood core is permanently sealed between two seamless layers of aluminum or vinyl. The aluminum layers come with a Krystal Kote finish which makes them tough and mar resistant. The seamless vinyl layers are naturally tough and mar resistant.

To increase durability, the industrial grade board core is treated on the edges for moisture protection and is built for structural strength. As a result, WestCore™storm doors are virtually maintenance-free and offer high insulating value. You will feel and hear the quality when these doors close. Energy savings, increased comfort and reduced traffic noise are significant benefits. Quality aluminum wire screens are used in all of our doors unless fiberglass is requested. All doors are furnished with safety glazing.

Insulated glass models feature fully weatherstripped double panes of tempered glass for safety, weather protection, and outside noise reduction.

Heavy duty adjustable pneumatic door closer assures that the storm door closes properly every time. No more left-open doors to waste valuable energy - no more slamming door noises!



WestCore™storm doors feature an adjustable double, non-shrinking TPE (Thermo-Plastic Elastomer) sweep to conform to irregular sills and provide the best possible seal against drafts and moisture.
