Since 1949, West Window Corporation has been a pioneer in the window and door industry. We have incorporated the latest fenestration technology to continuously improve and expand our extensive product offerings.

In 1949, Francis West moved to Martinsville, Virginia, and opened West Window Corporation. Over the next seven decades, what started out as a distributor of Rusco Storm Windows grew into a regional manufacturing company of multiple window and door systems (see site map for our service area).
W. E. Giesler, moved back home to Martinsville, Virginia, and went to work for Francis West in 1951. Soon after W. E. arrived, we began manufacturing our own line of storm windows and doors. As the business grew and expanded, we partnered with selected dealers throughout the mid-Atlantic who would professionally sell and install our products. Today, many of those same experienced dealers are still selling and installing West products with the help of second and third generation family members.
W.E. bought West Window in 1990 and continued his lifework with the company he loved for sixty eight years and not surprisingly came to work the day he died in 2019. The company is still owned by his family and his legacy lives on through the many dedicated employees who share his commitment of offering quality products at a fair price.
Today, we offer many distinct lines of beautifully engineered replacement and new construction vinyl windows and doors. Our products are independently tested and certified to meet ever-changing building code and energy requirements, including Energy Star®.
We also manufacture a full line of thermally broken aluminum commercial windows that are tested and engineered for durability and reliability. Our single hung, single slider, awning, hopper, casement and picture window systems are perfect for replacement or new construction and can be seen in many schools, churches, offices, hotels, retirement homes and military bases in the mid-Atlantic United States.
Another exciting part of our product offering is our three and four season room enclosures. Each enclosure is designed and built to fit your needs. And, if that is not enough, we are proud to offer a complete line of storm window and door products. From our Velv-A-Lume “invisible storm window”, which is perfect for historic properties, to an impressive selection of two track and three track high performance windows and double sliders, we have something that should work for any application or budget and when it comes to storm doors, we designed a line of storm doors named the QuietVueTM. We have taken advantage of the same modern insulating glass technology found in our highly energy efficient windows to give you the same outstanding benefits in your homes storm door.
